Where do you want to go?

Kon’nichiwa Bloggers!!

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would YOU go?

Its a hard question for me, because there are so many amazing things, But I always have one pop in to mind. Japan!! I would really like to check out more of its awesome culture, and I really want to go to the Capsule Hotels which are like very small rooms that you can barely stand up in, but they have like ear phone jackets, and TVs and Beds. The bed basically takes up the room. I would take Maddy, and Philly. Its pretty cool.

Where would you go? And do you think you would like a Capsule Hotel?

Friends for life!

Hiya Bloggers!!

Excited for book week?

Recently our class had been doing lots of writing!

This one I’m about to show you is a favourite of mine.

Chaos felt warm while she hung on the old rickety branch she slept on all the time. The stream beneath her carried vibrant fish, and they jumped out of the water sometimes, nipping her grey-ish tail hanging off the branch. Her brothers Buzz and Fuzz played among the ferns. “Youch!” She squealed one afternoon. She flicked her tail, and flung the blue fish into a tree. With a plop it fell back into the river, swimming off just like nothing had happened. That night she dozed off, her tail sometimes getting bit by fish, and in her sleep she was flinging the bright fish making them look like colourful flowers hanging in the trees. They always plopped back into the water, swimming away. This happened all night. When chaos was younger she was bitten on the tail by a fish with giant fangs. She still refused to move from the branch she called ‘Bed’. When she woke up the sun shone on her muzzle. It felt like her body was filled with a warm fire. She looked around, to see a friend of hers. “River!” She almost shouted. The ground felt different as she trotted around the pale blue bird. River was a Hyacinth Macaw. He was flecked with a bright yellow. The yellow always reminded her of that fish with giant fangs. She had a swollen tail for months! It looked quite funny though. “Cinnamon!” Chaos called out to leaping towards the white and pale brown snake. She had spots of dark brown too. “Wait,” She said. “Where are we?!” Chaos worried. A black fur covered familiar kind face emerged from behind a tree. My gorilla friend. “Root!” She called over to her shy friend. All of a sudden, Ginger, Cinnamon’s sister, slithered out of nowhere. “WHERE ARE WEEEE?!” She screamed. “And what’s this?” River asked. He put his blue wing against a sort of see-through barrier. “It feels weird,” Chaos finished for him, slapping her paw against it. “I think it’s called gloss,” Ginger said. “She learnt it from an old snake we knew that lived in the zoo for some time,” Cinnamon whispered to Chaos. “OUCH!” River shouted. There seemed to be a red and yellow dart stuck in him. One by one they closed their eyes as the darts hit them. They each woke in separate areas, The Gloss parting them. “SNEK SNEK SNEK!!” A brown-ish yellow snake with a rainbow underbelly chanted. The snake next to it was jumping around him. This snake had grey scales with a rainbow underbelly. Suddenly, the brown one hiccuped, turning purple with splotches of yellow and green, and tiny little red spots. “MY POTATOES!!” The grey one screamed. “Oh hi,” Said the brown-ish one, fading back to its original colours. “I’m BrickBoi!” Said the brown one. “And I’m ButterFl-” the grey one was cut off by the brown one. “SHUSH! I’m speaking,” BrickBoi told him sternly. “And he is ButterflyBoi, and we are dragons- I MEAN SNAKES-” BrickBoi finished. ButterflyBoi pulled a face at BrickBoi. After a couple seconds of awkward silence, BrickBoi started chanting again, with ButterflyBoi slithering around him. “AEAEEAEAEAEEA,” ButterflyBoi screamed. “YOYOYOYOYYOYOYOYOOYYYOYOYOYOYYYOYOOYOYOO!!!!!” BrickBoi shouted, at the top of his lungs. Suddenly, a human came into Root’s Gloss Cage. The human sat down on the log, next to Root. Their connection needed no words. The silence spoke for them as they observed the scene, joined in understanding by the emotions, which wrapped around them like a shared blanket. “What just happened..” Ginger asked. “Mother!” Chaos leaped over to her mother, licking her paw in her gloss cage. Fuzz and Buzz were there too. Chaos started to realise that everybody’s families had appeared! Suddenly, BrickBoi and ButterflyBoi disappeared with a loud ‘POP!’ Ginger screamed. “WHERE IS CINNAMON?!” Cinnamon had seemed to disappear with the strange dragon – snakes.

Whats the BEST book you have ever read?

Hi people!

The best book I have EVER read.. Hmm?

I like the Keeper of the Lost Cities series, but there is a series I like WAY more.

WINGS OF FIRE!

I love the whole series, but if I’m honest I really enjoyed book 11 (The Lost Continent) And book 13 (The Poison Jungle)

I really love these books because

A. They have my favourite dragon tribes (Silkwing and Leafwing)

or

B. They are full of twists and excitement.

I like book 14 (The dangerous gift) and  book 8 (Escaping Peril) too

The creator or these wonderful series is…

TUI . T . SUTHERLAND!

Do you like any of these books??

Memories Writing!

Hello!

Here is my memories writing we did. I made mine about dragons!

I slowly swam across to the island, with three fish coated with red scales in my webbed claws. Once I surfaced, I called out to my mother. “StarReader! Got the fish!” My mother was a nightwing, and my father was a seawing. Father was called Octopus. I gave one of the fish to the triplets to share, one half of a fish for my tiny little hatchling sister, and one for mother. I bit into the remaining half, waiting for Octopus to come back. All of my siblings (Accept for Marine) suddenly jumped into the clear water. The hot white sand burned my talons. “Swimming time!” Mother sang. She always told us to go with father, but now she trusted me to look after my siblings. Marine (My little sister) stayed with mum. Marine babbled a goodbye, and I dived after my brothers. Eel, Starfish, and Clam waited together, all sharing a cheeky grin. Then, a strong current suddenly knocked me out. I woke up in an unfamiliar setting. Instead of palm trees, trees of the jungle towered over me. Almost like lightning, something really tiny sped among the ferns. With one claw, I curiously picked it up. “A scavenger!” I yelped happily. Its tiny navy blue uniform looked so cute. The bright flowers it was picking dropped to the floor. Wow! It can squeak like mad!! I thought. I never really realised how smart some scavengers were. When I tried to read their minds, I could always feel a spark of emotion. It scrambled out of my talons. “Come back!” I roared. Everytime! I always lose things! I padded around my wristband. Phew. The large pearl was still embedded into the wide, strong silver bracelet. I quickly got up, my claws digging into the warm, fluffy soil. I walked for hours. Every now and then one of my arms fell into a pit of mud. After walking, I sped it up with flying. I flew towards Jade Mountain. My mother had told us stories of how she had gone to school there. I took breaks from flying every half an hour. After 5 hours of being away from home, I finally reached Jade Mountain Academy. Suddenly lots of people’s minds came flooding into my brain. Thoughts about being hungry, having fun, and even being nervous clattered into my head. I was feeling so dizzy, until someone put a talon on my shoulder. “Hi!” They said. I jumped. “Sorry for startling you,” The large, strange sandwing said. He had touches of rainbow along his underbelly, and wings. With a sudden hiccup, his underbelly and wings turned bright green. “Your.. A rainwing?” I said. “Rainwing – Sandwing, to be precise,” He answered. “And you are?” “I’m Kelpie,” I exclaimed. Someone screamed in the background. The sound of glass crashing sounded along the corridors. With a sudden plop, a Grey SilkWing fell face-first. He shuffled around a little, and then stood up next to the Sandwing. He was definitely much smaller than the now green from head to toe dragon that was hiccuping all over the place. The tiny silkwing had enormous wings, and his underbelly and scales near his eyes were rainbow, standing out from the rest of his faded grey body. “I’m Butterfly Boi, and this is Brick Boi,” the silkwing said. “Uh.. Hi?” I said. “I really need to go now so uhm bye!” I left the two funny dragons sitting by the prey centre. “Hi.” I stopped running, looking up at the dragon. “You again?!” I shouted. Brick Boi and Butterfly Boi stood there, confused. “You were washed away from your home, and need to get back. You travelled for five hours to get here, and are unhappy with the result,” Butterfly Boi exclaimed. “Huh?” I said. “What??” He answered. “THAT’S IT! I’M LEAVING!!” I screamed. The two dragon’s minds were weird. They only thought about.. Potatoes? It was silly. I felt a tickle on my shoulder. The scavenger!! After going back to the rainforest, with the little scavenger in my talons, I started to feel guilt. I carefully put it down, and patted its tiny head. I swam back, past the school of rainbow fish, through the reef, and back to the familiar island. I had changed. Now, I wanted to write scrolls about my adventure and here I am!

  5 years later.

I had not put on my uniform for years. Now that I finally did, all the memories came flooding back to me.

Time to go to Jade Mountain!

Its based off Tui T Sutherland’s Wing of Fire.

One of my favourite book series!

I really enjoyed this, and I hope you did too!
