Kia ora peoples!! I will be starting today with a sad goodbye. I have 3 school days left currently at Owairaka Distric Primary. Very sad. So anyone who sees this- ReMeMbEr Me!!!

Anyways on with the ponder.

Ah yes. I won’t forget this book,and I may read the sequel, The One and Only Bob!

I think this book way reative in a lot of ways, and really showed the differences of fiction and non-fiction.

I think maybe someone around my age or younger, yet mature would like this book, as it includes hope aswell as some facts about what ishappening in real life! (Sad facts)

My favourite part was when Ivan or Mud was looking around at his new home. Sadness and joy combined.

My favourite character was Snickers the poodle.

Here is todays ponder (this is updated so I wasn’t suppossed to post it today!) (It was a draft!)

I would be very smart.

My reasoning is:

1. If I am smart, I will quickly learn how to avoid bad luck (If I get it) and also if you were very lucky would you still have your normal smartness? But then again people are saying “What if your so lucky you just get really smart?” Well I don’t know .. Do you get to choose what you get?
2. It all depends but I think being smart is what matters. I will be content with having a good job, and knowing how to do things well.  But that is my reasoning. What would you be?

Two days ago we did Tabloids Day with Kelly Sports!

It was fun but hard at times.

Have you done this? Can you name any of these games? Ill giveyou a hint. In the one with the hoola-hoop you have to travel with all hands on and when the teacher say a word you have to jump in! All feet must be inside the hoola-hoop. We kept on winning that they gave us a smaller one! We all fell over at one point (very tragic).

I can’t believe I will be ending year 6 soon. Its just really sad. I don’t want to leave schools because this is the only school I have ever known as my home. I serousily doubt that Kowhai Intermediate will be better in any way. I will miss this school so so so much!

Anyways what I think we should do is awnser tis ponder not sulk!

Todays ponder is to finish off The One and Only Ivan book. Here it is!

I think thay Ivan is nervous because hes not used to being with other gorillas anymore. Because he was taken away, he dosent know how to act like a silverback. And lastly also because he was raised mostly by a human!

I think the other gorillas at the zoo don’t know what to think of Ivan. I really do hope that they call him Mud though.

If you could be anything from the ape family what would you be?

I would be a little tamarin. If you don’t know what they are search them up. Or go to the zoo! (There are some there)

I would be a Lion Tamarin!!

Oh my gosh! Week eight already!!

Oh yes, kia ora bloggers.

Todays ponder is sooo hard for me to choose!

As someone said in my class, they would be the best player on a team that alway looses because they would pick up thier team and help them, which I think is an eqaully as good reason as being bad on a good team because then you can take more time to get better. Also being the worst on a good team dosent mean your bad. Every team has someone thats good at something. You should find it sooner or later.

I player soccer, and I’m good at being fearless of what can hurt you. I am a midfielder, and serousily I will bonk into people from another team and tackle till my feet hurt so I can pass the ball to another person on my team (Sometimes I might fall over though).

I don’t let my pain get to me, but sometimes that can be a bad thing. Sometimes it can be serious and trust me, you will know when it’s serious. Once one of the players on out team broke an arm! One person sprained a leg at practice. But I think mud on my legs and a bit of pain won’t let me down! It’s one of the many fun parts of playing a sport. Sometimes in sports though, words can hurt more. I remember when there was someone on the other team being rude and saying not so nice things. It let some of our team down!

What I’m tring to say is I wan’t to help my team as much as possible and do my best, but not push myself too far. I also can’t decide about the question. I guess the worst player in a good team, because everyone can get better! I’m also not a very good teacher.

How are you?

Today we will be doing a would you rather. I like this one because its hard to choose. Both had its ups and downs (Although I do think being giant dosen’t really have ups).

Here is the question:

I would be the size of a very large bug. Around the size of a GIANT WETA!! (Super scary by the way)

So thats around as big as and adult hand. So atleast I wouldn’t be sqaushed- RIGHT?!

It would be fun hiding in small areas. I already love small areas so much. Sometimes I will just sqaush myself in somewhere and stay there for a little. Very fun. Dosen’t sound like it, but it is. One time I got stuck in a box though…

But that is my reasoning. If you could have the flexiblility of a house cat (Domestic cat), or the strenth, and speed of a dog, what would you choose? I would have the flexiblility of a cat, as they are already exceptionaly fast! It would be fun, climbing up a tree, super fast!!
